When Will We Refund or Reprint Your Order?
We offer refunds or replacements at no cost in the following cases:
- Flawed Product: If the charm is defective or damaged.
- Design Error: If the design you received differs from the product description on our website.
- Order Mismatch: If the type, size, or other product details do not match your order.
What Should You Do?
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or reprint, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. To process your request quickly, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order/invoice ID
- A picture of the item if you received the wrong or damaged product
Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 1-3 business days. If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive the wrong or defective items, you do not need to return them to us. We will issue your refund without requiring the items to be sent back.
Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following situations:
- The order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, missed delivery).
- The order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, marked as “delivered” in the tracking system, lost after delivery).
- The item matches the product description.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Please note, there is a 10% management, processing, and transaction fee for cancellations. After 24 hours, we cannot process cancellations as your order will have entered production.
Refund Processing Times
- PayPal refunds: 48 hours
- Credit card refunds: 10-14 business days (dependent on your card issuer)
Exchanges
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days
- Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days
Compensation (Points or Coupons): 1-2 business days
Repairs: 7-14 business days
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size issues unless we sent the wrong size. For other issues, such as printing errors, we will handle them for you. Please contact us before sending any items back. Do not return any products without our authorization.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
- Reach out to your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.
