Placing an order is simple! Just choose your favorite charm style on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the steps to complete your order. We’ll begin preparing your handcrafted charm and notify you once it’s on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from Opkisasa Store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days, as each charm is carefully handcrafted. If you’re ordering internationally, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, there may be delays with the carrier. If your tracking number hasn’t updated after a few days, feel free to reach out to the shipping carrier, or contact us for assistance.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
