Processing Time & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by your destination. To get an exact calculation, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. The total cost, including shipping, will be displayed.
Shipping & Handling
We process orders on business days—Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Orders are not processed during U.S. holidays, including:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Processing Time: 3-5 business days during regular seasons, or slightly longer during holiday periods.
Flat Shipping Rates:
We charge a flat rate for shipping, regardless of the number of items:
- $5.99 for Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery Times: - Domestic (U.S.): 7-15 business days*
- Canada & Europe: 10-30 business days*
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-30 business days*
- Mexico, Central & South America: 15-30 business days*
- Asia & the Rest of the World: 10-30 business days*
Please note that shipping times may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen events.
Late Deliveries
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
Opkisasa Store cannot be held responsible for these delays, but we will always do our best to help you resolve any issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its progress. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you don’t see tracking information immediately, don’t worry—it should update once the package is processed.
Multiple Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately. This ensures faster delivery of each item. If some items arrive sooner than others, rest assured the remaining ones are on their way!
No Order Confirmation?
If you haven’t received order confirmation details, it may be because the email address was entered incorrectly. Please contact us if you believe this happened, and we’ll update your information.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately, we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need to send items to different locations, please place separate orders.
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to APO addresses may take longer—up to 45 days—due to military mail handling and security processes. Once packages enter the military mail system, tracking updates will cease for security reasons.
