How to Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Cancellation Timeframe
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will issue a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

Custom Orders
Please note that custom-made charms are non-cancellable once production begins. Double-check all details before placing custom orders to ensure accuracy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used.
